Proof-of-concept status
Synodos Care Ready is currently a proof of concept. The screens, workflows, descriptions, release plans, and features shown here may change. This website does not provide access to an operational Care Ready application or emergency-response service.
Not an emergency or professional service
The site does not contact 911, dispatch responders, investigate an incident, track or locate a person, diagnose or treat a condition, or determine eligibility for an official alert. It does not provide medical, legal, public-safety, or other professional advice. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service when someone is missing, injured, or in danger.
Permitted use
You may view and share links to this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your relationship with Synodos Path, or use the site or its content unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the Care Ready name, presentation, written content, interface concepts, and original materials are owned by or used with permission of Synodos Path. No rights are granted except the limited right to view the website for its intended purpose.
Availability and accuracy
We work to present clear, accurate information, but proof-of-concept material may be incomplete or change without notice. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Synodos Path does not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular emergency, care, medical, or legal purpose.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Synodos Path is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on this informational proof of concept or for interruptions outside its reasonable control.
