Current product status

Synodos Care Ready is currently a proof of concept. This public website demonstrates a proposed approach to caregiver preparation; it is not an operational emergency, medical, locating, or communication service.

What Care Ready does not do

  • It does not contact 911 or dispatch emergency services.
  • It does not track, monitor, or locate a person.
  • It does not conduct or replace an investigation.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
  • It does not determine or issue an AMBER, Silver, Spectrum, Purple, or other governmental alert.
  • It does not verify caregiver-provided information.

Caregiver-provided information

A future Care Ready brief would organize information supplied by a caregiver unless otherwise identified. Information may be incomplete, outdated, mistaken, or unavailable. Caregivers should record only what they know or personally observed, use “Unknown” when a fact is not known, keep information current, and follow responder instructions.

Responder and professional authority

Public-safety personnel, clinicians, schools, care professionals, and other responsible authorities retain their independent verification, assessment, classification, treatment, and decision-making authority. A Care Ready brief should support—not direct or replace—their work.

Protect sensitive information
